If you place your order before 2pm Monday-Thursday, you can expect to receive your parcel the next day (excluding remote areas).
Orders placed before 2pm Friday will be delivered on the Monday.
Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on the Monday and delivered on the Tuesday (assuming no bank holidays or remote areas).
Free and easy returns*
You can return your items within 30 days of placing your order free of charge*. Clothing should be unworn, unwashed and in original packaging with labelling intact and attached to the product. Equipment should be un-used and with its original packaging and / or labelling intact and attached to the product.
Items which don't have the labelling attached to the product will incur a 10% reconditioning charge which we will notify you after inspection of your return. If we do not hear back from you within 4 days of contact we will return the items to you.
Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable. All items are inspected before a refund is processed. Items deemed to be in a poor condition will be returned to you. If any item returned breaches any of the terms outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to return the item back to you in the same condition it was received in.

Hassle Free Returns & Exchanges
Returns are free if the order total is over £75.
Exchanges can be processed through our returns portal with the exchanged product shipped when the original item is received back to us.

So far I have used this cooler once, on a fishing trip with the hope of keeping my catch cool. Sadly I ended up not catching anything big enough to bring home, but I did use it to store my food for the day. I put a 2kg bag of ice in it the night before, at around 9pm. I then topped it up with another 1kg bag around 11 hours later the following morning, as a small amount of the original bag had melted which I’d expected, given there was no food inside and I hadn’t pre-cooled the bag in the freezer. I then half filled it with some food a few hours later. I ate nearly all of this food by the evening. I then returned home, emptied the rest of the food and left the remaining ice in there until after 9pm the following night. There was still a little unmelted ice, mostly water though but it was icy cold and still perfectly capable of keeping food cold. I imagine if I’d pre-chilled the cooler, filled it with the whole 3kg to start with, maybe with an additional ice block and filled with food from the beginning I would’ve gotten considerably more hours out of it. Given that I also opened and closed it many times throughout the day without a lot of care, I am very impressed to have gotten 48 hours of refrigeration from this bag which is way more than enough for my needs. So these tales of several days of ice are not myths after all. I also adapted it to fit my bike by slotting the aluminium track from an Arkel pannier bag through the tie-down loops. Chose this particular bag for use on the boat. All others the zip has corroded. Hoping this one will be fit for purpose. So far so good. Plenty of space and keeps food, especially BBQ food nice and cold.
Nice and light and easy to carry. The recipient was very pleased. If it lasts I will get myself one!
